I've actually put this same question to half a dozen college career coaches. Every one of them was stumped. Perhaps you are too.

Let me be clear. If you are a classically trained career coach, I have no doubt that you are excellent at what you do.

You know how to use the Labor Department's Occupational Handbook. You understand the Strong Campbell Interest Inventory. You know the Meyers Briggs Personality Type Indicator. All great tools.
